I don't believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
I know that some races may believe that the other race's features are unattractive and have different views on what is pretty and ugly. Like in the western world, we believe that tan skin is healthy and pretty while Asians think pale is better. Some races like huge lips like Angelina Jolie's while some people hate it.
But I think that every human on earth has some idea of what is truly pretty. I don't think that while one think that this person is gorgeous while the other think she/he is butt ugly. It is impossible. I think the cliche is meant for those unattractive like me (lol) to feel better about themselves because people are like, "Oh, I think you're really ugly but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Someone else may think you're stunning." And a million people say you're ugly. LOL. So do any of you agree that it's fake?

But beauty isn't only skin deep like body features are.
I do think to a large extent beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It DOES depend a lot on race, and who you were raised around, and even love. Even if a million people say you are ugly, if you're beautiful to the person who you love and loves you, isn't that good enough?
i'm from the western world and I Don't Like Chicks With Tans. It Means They've Been Out Of The Kitchen.
