Drink lots and lots of water. Exfoliate and moisturise often.Here's a pretty easy body scrub:Keep the coffee grounds from when you make yourself a cup in the morning. Add a bit of olive oil and some lemon juice and scrub vigourosly while in the shower.It makes your skin incredibely soft!
I love the Tea tree face wash from the Body! shop I also eat very healthy I'm a health nut and I eat coconut oil it's delicious in rice! I take vitamins such as Biotin drink alot of water And of course stay ayway from sugar!
Hi Deena,I drink plenty of green tea. I am not a big fan of drinking water, I think you can substitute water with green tea. I make a big pot before I go to bed and then put in a glass bottle and drink it all day long. And I exfoliate a lot. Of course, I use only organic skin care products nothing else. My favorite is organic face scrub by La Claree, Oliv line. I also use Organic Exfoliating Gel by Organique. Instead of creams I use face serums. I hope they help.
