   i think thats great that you are trying to take care of your skin… so basically just think of any night creams as a night moisturizers for your face (like a face lotion). just apply on your face and neck at night. usually everyone washes their face in the morning so that would be the time to take it off. after you wash it off, you should apply a face moisturizer to make sure you lock your moisture in.

   you wash your face at night as usual… then put it on basically the same as you would a mouisurizer.. and put it on your face and neck… you want to get plenty on there but you so much you see residue..then you sleep with it on and wash your face in the morning..do this everynight

   I tell you how I do it.Before I go to bed I wash my face (with what product ever) to get the make up off. Even if you don't wear make up you should have an actual cleanser (not only water) to wash your face. It keeps your skin healthy, prevents your skin from breaking out or getting oily. Then use a cotton pad and put some toner on it. I wipe this over my face because it cleans the pores. After that I use night cream and I don't wash it off til the next morning. In the morning I wash it off with the same product I use in the evenings and apply make up!Hope this helps!
