   I do cloth full time and it really isn't a hassle at all, even if you do use the more labour intensive fold up style. However the least time consuming styles are pockets and all in ones, I use mainly pockets because they are cheaper and dry a lot quicker but I will admit to prefering the more expensive all in one style!Caring and use of them is pretty simple- the pockets and all in ones go on just like a disposable does and to clean them you just toss them in a laundry hamper and wash when you have enough to do a full load! You can tumble dry on cold (heat causes them to melt) but line drying is better. You don't need much laundry product either- no softener, no soaking solution (the chemicals increase the risk of nappy rash) and use a half quantity of the detergent you would normally use for your babies clothes.Bumgenius and fuzzibunz are the best brands, however if you're on a budget the ones on ebay are pretty decent too, although I wouldn't use them for night use on an older bub as they don't have the 'holding capacity' of the brand name ones.Here's a pretty good American based website for cloth, I have others I like too but they're for Aussie and UK users mainly.http://www.diaperpin0o0com/howto.asp Source(s): http://www.diaperpin0o0com/howto.asp

   I would try to find a diaper service and they will do everything for you. It's well worth it, the diapers are snow white when they give them to you.
