How to seduce Asian guys?

I am (20 years old and )Asian myself and I grow up in Europe country.Plus I came to America to study. I am interested to date Asian man (my crush) but Now I am hopeless… I am not sure if he is very shy because he does not look at me while I talked to him.He looked at the sky or his shoes. I have experience with foreign men. Europe guys are very brave and ready to be in relationship….I did lot of effort to look thin, wear trendy clothes, take care of my skin ,and wear make-up . I don't wear clothes like Asian women but all my clothes come from Europe. I am naturally confidant not cocky. I have been natural not mysterious. What should I do??? All my effort is so meaningless. Plus I like that guy. I have never told him that I liked him. what is the next move?
