   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters no food can bleach your skin, and skin bleaching treatments are dangerous and aren't worth it.if do you have low self-esteem then you need change your attitude rather then physical self. changing your outer self will not do anything as you will just keep finding tiny little flaws and try to change them.i think you need to see a therapist, you do seem to have a self esteem problem.    why! why do you want to change a beautiful north african into a white..ew.. brit girl? Are you not proud to be your ethnicity? Are you not standing up for your Africans? You CANT bleach your skin with any foods. And If you are really not happy about your nose, go spend the money on it and take the risk. Its funny how much we spend on our appearances when in a couple hundred years or so we wont even be in the human form anymore. I know you said not to say it, but I kind of have to. You should be happy with yourself in the body your in right now because in the end none of the outside even matters! I sound like everyone else but its so true. Theres no other way to word it, so excuse the un-orignal-ness.

   First of all, no, there are no skin bleaches or foods that will make you look like a white girl. Second, please don't have a nose job. They ARE dangerous and painful and you may one day regret doing it. Last, remember – not all British girls are white! Anybody can look the way they naturally do and fit in anywhere.
