   Well, you can file the claim with YOUR insurance company, then call the adjuster and ask if the other party has valid coverage. Otherwise, all you can do is file in small claims court, and if they have an insurance company attorney show up, you know they had insurance.

   First, did you file a police report? In many states it is aginst the law to not carry at least liability only. You can, in some states go to the DMV with your police report and have them check but your insurance company is your best bet. Let them work it out. They can look it up.

   Report the accident to your insurance company… they'll take care of it. She will be arrested and fined if she was driving without insurance.

   Does your state require insurance? If you called it into your insurance and make a claim they will find out. She should be made to pay damage,,insurance or not!!
