How to balance my life?
I don't want to go to a counselor, and i already have a therapist..who i don't think i like. Anyway,
School : I have a F in math and I'm in 8th grade. I need to get into a good high school. And it seems all my other grades are going down the drain, too. A's are B's, B's are C's. And of course there's that F. I want to know how to maintain a 4.0 average. And raise my F to a A.within a marking period. So for that I request for some good study techniques, and some nice links to websites that will help me understand math. And Science. I have a 90% but im not okay with that. It's not up to my standards. And no I won't lower them either.
beauty: I'm insecure. My friends compliment my beauty, and so do random people, but I honestly dont believe them because i've been put down [and AM being put down by my parents] all my life. You see, I used to be an outcast. That kid everyone hated for no reason. Thought was "uncool". And was made fun of and bullied. And then there's my parents. :/
Anyway, can you give me tips on how I can get lustrous and thick hair, fuller lips, and brighter looking eyes? And nice skin?
Fitness: I want to be able to get an A on my runs in PE. And for that I need to be healthy. So good foods/ bad foods? And everyday exercise? Help me please? And how can I relax my mind? ?
After this, I will feel much calmer and happier. Thank you SO MUCH to those who answer. I'm really grateful. And you really deserve a lot more than a mere 10 points.

Sounds like you need to get yourself a math tutor. Ask your teacher or your parents to help you get a tutor for the subjects you find difficult. Taking a vitamin sometimes for your age level could be ok if you exercise a lot, but be careful not to take more than the recommended level on the bottle. The iron is good for energy, but is dangerous if you overdo it. Reduce sugar intake, like colas, and eat nonfat milk/yogurt/nuts and other healthy food. Jogging a bit is good for you if you are healthy, and it can relieve depression too. Positive thinking is so important in life. Have hope and pray about your life. Know that God can help you live a better life if you want Him to help you. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end — time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. We follow God by loving and obeying Him and loving others for Him. Jesus Christ, God's Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God's blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. This is about being a born-again Christian. Faith in God is a gift from God. You can pray for faith in God. Just speak out and ask God for the faith to believe in Him and to follow Him. Some people find faith in God when they realize the beauty in the world is made by God. Evolution can't explain the world's natural beauty, for example, the parks in the world, animals, flowers, peacocks, sunsets, butterflies, rainbows, etc. After you have your faith on, you can pray a sinner's prayer to be a born-again Christian. This prayer is very important and should be said with a sincere heart and faith in God. This is the prayer: "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ is the sacrifice for our sins. I have done the following sins (state these out) and I pray to discontinue these sins. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus' name, amen." I'm Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. You could check out a Christian church and also see about their weekly Bible study group as a good way to learn about God's will for your life. You can pray to God about your daily life and have a Christian church pray for you.
Instead of kicking yourself in the as*, you should be patting yourself on the back from everything you been through with your past. Maybe that's part of the problem. Until you resolve you issues from the past, you cannot move forware. A therapist should be able to help you with past issues. It also sounds like you have a very low self esteem. Again, a therapist could help you with that. If you don't like this one, maybe you can find another one. If you don't see any changes, and you really feel like you're trying, I would make an appointment with a psychiatrist, tell him what's going on and how you're depressed. He'll probably give you an antidepressant. There's a ton of great ones out there with little or no side effects. I take Effexor and love it. It's for social and general anxiety. Maybe you could ask him about that. Good luck and God bless.
