I have the same problem but facial washes definatly do not help my skin I just brake out even more. I suggest not touching your skin that much and washing it a few times a day. Eat healthy and exercise. I saw a facial wash designed for oily skin and its natrual at the Body Shop online shop website I havn't tried though but I would like to. It the Seaweed range. After the meal of the day containing the most fats or oils, take beta carotene, vitamin C, and natural vitamin E. The best vitamin E is d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The label should say natural; dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate is synthetic. Mixed tocopheryls aren't as good.
apply the humid droplets on the plants which fall on them in early morning. pimples mainly occur due to heat in body. so use those droplets Source(s): no reference
