   Hair: i say hair cut you can go to walmart if your tight for cash and its pretty cheep if possible get hair cut lil past the shoulder with side bangs and parted to which ever side you like make up if you want you can use concealer and compact powder to cover up but if you don't have any acne then i say no all you'll need is brown mascara and a brown that almost matches your skin tone then apply only to the crease and put some brown eye liner on the top and make it a thin line

   mascara with black eyeliner on the top getting thicker on the outer edges. put a light shimmer over the eye lid (i prefer a soft lilac)for the hair try teasing it at the crown and then putting half up. it's my favorite style on anyone (bump-its help with this too =)

   You sound naturally pretty, so I suggest maybe some black eyeliner, shiny lip gloss, mascara, and maybe some eye shadow if your outfit needs that extra pop. And for hair, if it's long you can part it down the middle and straighten it and maybe get bangs, and if it's shorter, you should try french braiding it over the weekend and then taking the braids down Monday morning. It will be REALLY curly. Hope this helps. But, this is just my opinion
