   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters It's difficult to explain.It was the same way in school for me.Matter of fact,I didn't get it, till I was 22.When I found my wife,now none of it matters anymore.

   What aren't you getting here. You are only as ugly as you carry yourself. When people can tell you don't like your appearance on how you think about yourself they will bring you down and continue to call you names to pick at your self-esteem. What do they get out of it? Making themselves feel better whether or not it is their appearance or problems at home.

   Not trueI have friends who are less than attractive who have jobs in sales,and who are very well known in schoolI don't think Oprah became who she is by her good looksIt's how you hold yourselfNo one wants a person who is negative or has self esteem or self image issues to be around them

   ugliness doesn't exist physically if you're completely healthy (i mean, not disfigured). anyone can be deemed as attractive, all you have to do is be confident and have a beautiful personality.

   I know some less attractive people who work in sales & I think the way you keep yourself up plays an important part as well. For example if you ask me Sarah Jessica Parker isn't pretty but, she starred in a hit show & is a style icon

   LOL your REALLY obsessed with ugly people.WOW and um….not true….I try to be kind to EVERYONE no matter who they are and this girl who was in my class last year wasn't the best looking AT ALL but she dated quiet a bit.

   its the truth but most people don't like to bring it up, maybe because they know someone who they first thought was ugly but after some time some beauty shone through.
