   Different varibles.Is the car paid for? It would be cheaper to have just liability.Could be cheaper if your listed as part time driver.You age. Your sex. Drivers education class.You and your Mom need to talk to a couple of different insurance companies to see who you can get the best deal from on a person as young as you.
