Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Neniaf, an "ombudsman" is not normally a student. On most campuses, this is a professional position not occupied by students. How did this instructor obtain your medical information? If she did, and if she gave it to other people, that is a serious breach of ethics. I don't know who the "ladies in charge" are, but it sounds as though this school isn't particularly serious or even accredited. Is there a director? Some top-level administrator? Does your state license people coming out of this place? Have you checked?Your post in general suggests to me that this "school" isn't very good and that the instructors are not very well-educated. I think you need to find a better place to study. And good luck with the endometriosis, which is genuinely painful.
It sounds like she didn't have your medical information at all, since what she said was not accurate. In that case, she gave her opinion. Certainly if she had access to your medical records and shared them with other students, she could be in trouble, but she really can't for giving her opinion of what is wrong with you. It sounds to me like you are generally disliked at that school. I don't know what you did to annoy everyone, but you clearly did. Is there an ombudsperson at your school? That is a person, usually a student, to whom students can bring their issues and then they work with others at the school to work things out. It sounds like you will need a letter from your physician to prove your case.
