How much is car insurance for a car with an antique tag?

Im thinking of buying an antique car but im not even quite sure how the insurance and registration works.

I live in florida im not sure if it varies per state.

It works just like regular car insurance, but you're generally limited to driving to/from shows and parades and in them. If you want physical damage (comp/collision) coverage, you may need an appraisal.Check Google for "antique auto insurance" to find some web sites, or ask some owners if you attend a show.
