   I believe it's the few that spoil it for the rest. There are men and boys who like to show off in their vehicles by speeding. They are risk takers. Then you go with the often fact that they drive more, females take the passenger side usually, and if you drive more you are at risk. Statistically men have more accidents than women (not a judgment call by me here-men drive more).I see your point, and annoyance though. It is unfair, it's allowed sexism and stereotyping. Clumping one sex together is never a fair or just practice. It's the few that ruin it for the majority. The show-offs, risk takers and just dangerous boys who want to impress their girl. The safe drivers, the ones who follow the laws get punished.

   That is not a true statement. While it mas seem that way, and statistically, more men may pay higher rates, statistically they drive hotter autos, are involved in more wrecks, have more DWI's and thus their rates seem higher. Reality is that insurance rates are determined by the individual's personal driving record, male or female, and they pay accordingly, individually.

   LOL – I was with you on your questions until I saw this.I am male also (do not drive). And while many studies have shown women may not be as technically good at driving as men (on the whole), the sad fact is that most crashes – in the UK at least, are definitely caused by men. AA (UK Breakdown company) statisitcs do verify this.I'm afraid you have to let the sisters have this one, my friend ;P

   It is fair so what girls do all that stuff.. it is sad though that we can do all that stuff yet be better than you boys..your gender has earned a reputation for you the same way my age group has done for me, it is not fair but hey you cant do anything about it and its a buisness fairGuys get in to more car accidents thats the reason

   It must be different where you are. Where I am, you pay according to your age and driving record. Your sex is not factored in. But no, that's not fair at all. It seems like discrimination to me!(P.S. not all of us women drive like that!)

   Yeah but it's mostly Men that have all the accidents, so it's totally fair.

   Don't think it's fair. They may be going by statistics but it is still gender biased.
