I am writing a paper about acne, and though I have found many sources about natural ways to cure acne, and sites about certain products or regimens, I need to actually know HOW this cures acne.

What happens under the skin when a regimen is applied that makes whiteheads, pimples, and other irritations go away?
I am not asking FOR A FREAKING REGIMEN.

what do the products DO that get rid of acne!!!??
