Hair…Shampoo 2-3x a weekCondition every dayDeep condition 1x a week or as often as necessaryLimited heat (blow dryer, flat iron, etc)I also spray some dry oil onto my hair to make it shiny
Skin…Exfoliate 2-3x a weekCream cleanser every dayMoisturize every dayTone every dayThat's it for me! Hope this helped.Edit:Deep conditioning is used when your hair is especially dry and brittle. You can buy one at most drugstores, they'll usually say "deep conditioning" or something similar. Personally, I like Pantene's deep conditioner from the Pro-V line. Retails for around $5 – http://www.pantene0o0com/en-US/product/pro…For an oil spray, there are many body sprays that are labeled as a "dry oil," which is what I'm referring too. However, you can make your own spray at home. You'll need a spray bottle. Add 2 tablespoons of a good conditioner, 2 tablespoons of water, and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. You'll have to shake it up every time because the oil will separate. I would only recommend this if you have DRY hair, not if your hair is oily.Exfoliating is just a fancy term that means you're removing the dead skin cells and dirt from your face, which will keep your pores unclogged. Try St. Ives Apricot Scrub for around $3-4 – http://www.stives0o0com/products/facial-pr…A toner deep cleans your face and removes any remaining dirt or cosmetics, then tightens your pores and makes your skin feel tighter and fresher. I use Biore's toner, but there are definitely cheaper options out there (Biore is $8) – http://www.biore0o0com.au/54.aspAll of these things are done at home, I don't waste my money at a salon or spa. You can search the internet for hundreds of homemade hair and face treatments if you're on a tight budget. Good luck!
Drink lots of water. Eat well. Use cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Don't touch your face, since your hands are very oily. Shampoo, condition, and use a heat protectant spray if you style your hair a lot. Invest in a good flat iron; you can use it to straighten, flip, curl, pretty much anything. Don't wash your hair every day, wash it every two days to prevent it drying out. Get a trim every so often to get rid of split ends.
