i'm half irish half malaysian and my hair has asian shine but a caucasian texture so it can need straighting just like caucasian hair, its just the same. My skin is pretty much the same, unlike a lot of my family i have not been sunburnt, this is because i use sun block since i don't need a tan. its just the same as any child.
The same as you would care for anyone else's skin and hair. Skin in particular doesn't change much from one ethnic group to another.Oriental people (not everyone from Asia is Oriental) usually have healthy, dark, straight hair that is quite sturdy and doesn't require any special precautions. The hair shaft is round and rugged and doesn't easily split, and it can tolerate a lot of abuse. It can be hard to curl it, since the hair shaft is symmetrical and resists waving and curling. They can often grow their hair very long—this has do to with growth/rest cycles in the hair, with the growth cycle being years long in many people in this ethnic group.
in the same way as everyone elses hair it is not very hard, I am part asian, and my hair gets taken care of quite easily. But I try not to blow dry, or striaghten it, a lot as this damages it and it become very dry and brittle. But other people may be different. For my hair I wash it every other day, and condition twice a week, and it stays in good condition. I only blow dry or straighten if Im going somewhere special, (which is like once a month, or if I go on holiday) shampoos I use are herbal essences, aveda and shampoos from the body shop.hope this helps.
