How do I make my skin clear? like NO pimples and no scars?

my skin is pretty good, I occasionally get a big pimple usually before my period but that's it, I do get a few small ones more often like maybe 4-5 times a month, they're not bad. I don't even think they're pimples! they are very small and the color of my skin, some are a little red but when I put concealer on them they;re fine. But I just wanna get rid of the small bumps and have clear smooth skin, I've popped pimples before and they've caused me to have some scars which are kinda noticeable even if I cover them up.

I have these bumbs on the sides of my nose, on my cheek bones, (i think cuz they are on my cheecks but not smack in the middle, they are where you'd apply blush I guess) and on my chin. That's it. I dont have much skin products, but I have this product called "Aleria" http://www.fouragingskin0o0com/ProductImag… and I only use that big tube thing. the little jars have some cream that my mom uses. Anyway I use that and I use Astringent once a week. I dont have a exofilator.

So if you have any tips to make my skin bump/pimple/spot/scar free please tell me, and also if you can a good skin care routine.
