My sympathies.I'm thinking you've probably solved the problem by now one way or another but for future reference, a warm shower with soap / shower gel should help but use a hypoallergenic soap because your skin will be a bit raw at that point. Alternatively, use aqueous cream but be careful because again, your skin is super sensitive after waxing.Actually, forget all that.    use some alcohol, or a babyoil and it will lift it off..or use some lemon juice,it will help xxx
