How can i improve my hair, skin, and get a wonderful glow before my wedding?
I'm getting married in almost 1 year and i really want to start working now. I have always been careless with my health, skin, hair and everthing about me. I have extremely dry skin all over my body as well as my face, my face looks pale and dull although i'm fair and i'm facing hair loss now!! I'm nervous about how i will look if all these problems continue. i mainly want to work on my hair and my skin. Any tips to improve my hair texure, and stop hair loss, and about skin care will be greatly appreciated. oh and i have chapped lips too…I have planned to make a beauty regime for myself and then stick to it and follow it religiously throughout the year.
Plz fshare your knowledge and feel free to share any tips outside of what I have asked and what you feel is necessary for any good beauty regime. Thanks in advance : )

HiEvery day morning and on empty stomach take fruits and fruit juices followed by Tiffin after 20 minutes, add more vegitables to your lunch and milk in the night before you go to bed after dinner, Carrot juce in the evenings, little exercises or yoga & meditation in the morning…. wash your face atleast 3-4 times a day and in order to avoid dryness apply good moisturizer…. and see the result. but note calming your mind and stress controll will further enhance your good looks — all the best!!

The most important ingredient for good skin is water. You must drink at least eight glasses a day. If you have hair loss consuming green tea twice a day would work well. To improve the hair texture prevent combing or brushing it immediately after a wash.

I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you toohttp://www.beautifulhamesha0o0com/http://www.beautytipsforall0o0com/
If you exercise regularly you'll have more endorphins, which will make you flushed and glowing, as well as happier.
Well im not sure about the hair loss, but for the skin and healthy hair, i would recommend buying some vitamins, preferably vitamin E. In fact im gonna go buy some today lol. You will start to see ur hair improve with shininess and silkiness and ur skin will become soft supple and hydrated. I wonder if it would help with ur thinning hair? Also for your skin, if you dont already, put lotion on everyday, espeacially after you shower. For the chapped lips i recommend you just drinking lots of liquids. If you want to be healthy in general, try 'juice fasting.' If you dont have a juicer, go and buy one. And mix in all kinds of vegetables and friuts so you dont taste the vegetables lol. Have a few glasses of this juice a day. What this does is basically detoxify your body. You will feel more energized, you'll feel and look healthy, give your skin a wonderful glow, and overall you will feel great!Hope i helped, and good luck
Isn't that what we all want =] Ermm.. these are some tips, Hope they Help XFace and lips: Apply a strong moisturiser twice a day, also put a small amount onto your lips and get some proper lip balm from a chemists aswell. Things should clear up in a years time.
Hair: Keep away from heat products like hair dryers and straighteners. I dont know whether its true but i heard rain is good for your hair… But you should ask your hairdresser, they might have something that can help. Both: Try eat as heathly as you can, thats the best way to get great hair and skin.
go to a salon to get your hair done…use makeup on your wedding day…make up can hide all flaws and give you a beautiful glow (make sure the beautician is really good or she'll make you lok like a joker!!!) … some 1 once told me to use milk cream to get a glow on my face… i did it religiously and all i got was big ugly pimples:(Dont try anything new, just cleanse your face thoroughly before going to bed.use a face scrub 2-3 times a week to exfoliate your skin.keep your skin moisturized.use a sunscreen with with SPF> 15 while going out.Dont eat oily/fried food.Drink lots and lots of water.take vitamin supplementsDo yoga. This will definitely help
Best of Luck and best wishes for your marriage
