How can I become physically beautiful?
I'm not talking about confidence and everything. I mean everyone I know tells me I'm so nice and everything, but I have 0 confidence in the area of looks. I don't want to focus on that, just physical beauty for right now.
I'm overweight, and my skin isn't very pretty even though I take very good care of it. Any tips on any way to make myself more beautiful would be greatly appreciated!!!!! I don't care how hard it might be!!!

alright giirl the ROAD TO PRETTY!!1. do a simple workout routine everyday at home like 50 sit ups, 20 push ups, and get on your hands and your knees on all four then kick your leg back for a nice muscular butt to complete it2. ok, well you definitely want to start out by making sure you use a facial cleanser (whatever you do don't use proactive, it''s a good product but it makes your face more sensitive to git pimples in the worst) so git a facial cleanser (i recommend neutrogena or noxcema i have both) and use (which ever one you git) once a week cuz if you use it too often it will dry your skin out but it kills dead skin cells and you dont want it killin your skin from using it too often lol3. make up. ok i know make is going to sound crazy but you really shouldn't wear any at all except for eyeliner mascara and a little foundation if you want too..what ever you do dont put on make up too often cuz if you take it off yur gonna start feelin so ugly becus yur use to havin makup on so, put eyeliner then mascara and everyonce in a while it's cool to put on a pretty little eye shoadow for a really cute outfit you may have.4thly!!: outfit. make sure you wear outfits that are noticeable but not too noticeable…make sure everything matches (but not too matchy) and adding jewelry sets u up!!! and you look bangin 5: hair if you dont alredy have one!!!! get a side bangs, they are the cutest things ever, and with that side bang you can do the rest of your hair however you want becus the side bang just makes the fashion statement!!hope i helped a little
Exercise exercise exercise. If you have access to a gym hop to it. Stretch. Do thirty minutes of cardio. Then do about 30 minutes of pilates. If you don't have access to a gym do outdoor jogging anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour then proceed with 30 minutes of pilates. Exercising will make you glow and make you feel good. Once you start losing pounds you'll become more and more confident in your physicality. Also, watch what you eat. For your skin you may want to get a good cleanser. I use Cetaphill cleanser and moisturizer. I also user Clean & Clear astringent for sensitive skin. However, I don't know if my regime will help rid of acne if thats your problem. If you don't have acne I would highly recommend those products. For your body I can testify that using a shower poof/loofah really helps rid of my exzema plus it softens the skin. Find a really good body scrub to use once a week. Palmers cocoa butter lottion makes my skin feel silky plus it helps smooth away marks. If you're having serious problems try coconut oil. Water water water will help you with your weight loss journey and probably even more with your skin. Maybe little things like painting your nails, putting on a little make up, and doing your hair (rather than wearing the usual ponytail) will make you feel prettier too. exercising and eating healthy may sound generic, but the methods work. set up a dietary plan for yourself and a calorie chart. you can find ways to do that online.as for your skin, be sure to use a face wash that DOES NOT have bleach in it. (proactiv does, even though many people don't know that.) So, I would recommend Arbonne, Clean n Clear, etc. Another thing, don't wash your face constantly. Once a day is healthy. If you wash it too much, it wipes away the bacteria particles that help build your skins immunity. (i.e. if you wash your face too much, that new moisturizer or foundation could cause you to break out.) If your skin is unevenly toned, i would recommend trying Bio-oil. It's a multi-purpose formula that you can buy at a drug store. very inexpensive, and if you stay consistent it works wonders. Use it to even out your tone. For pimples? use Origin's Spot Remover Treatment. It's very good as well. And as always, not constantly wearing oily make up will improve your skin's condition.
If you want nicer skin then make sure you mosturize daily and clense your skin. if your concerned about being overweight then excerssize daily. if people are always telling you your nice then your a good person, i don't know your religous views and everything but you will always be beautiful in the lord's eyes and if people do not seek your true beauty that's their loss
work out untill you are totally happy with your body! im really happy with mine and i notice that it makes my confidence higher and i get more attention from boys lol that just sounds badbut it does make you feel good at the end of the day when they all tell you, you have a beautiful smile or that your pretty
Most important thing is exercising to slim down, lose fat, and get muscle tone. Do cardio minimum 3 times a week for 20 mins, work your way up to 5 times a week for 30 mins. Next do some lightweight training to get some muscle tone for shapely mid section, legs, arms, and butt. I suggest looking into some of the home workout DVDs.
Well everyone is beautiful in thier own way inside and out i think. But you can Go for walks, exercise, run, or play some sports that keep you fit and active.
You're born with it. You can elevate your natural physical beauty with fashion, hairstyle, and getting a great body by eating right and working out.
Diet and exercise and a good nights sleep will do wonders. Eat healthy foods you like and find an exercise you enjoy. Exercise will give you confidence and make you feel better.
Plastic surgery and lots of it. You could try working out 6 days a week and dieting too.
