How beautiful are south asians skin colour wise?

South asians are a mixed lot skin colour wise. Broadly speaking the colour is lighter in the north e.g Kashmir and becomes darker as you go to south e.g. Sri Lanka. South asians themselves generally consider light skinned people with symmetrical features as most beautiful. They do not relish people with extra white transparent skin. They naturally prefer brown and dark coloured people of their own kind if they have to choose from non-whites and even extra-whites.
