Well for nails you can just eat vitamins or vegetables and that will make them stronger. As for hair lemon juice makes your hair silky, shiny, and healthy looking (You put it in for about 15- 30 mins and then wash it out some people leave it in but it makes me feel better to wash it out of my hair). Honey or mayo I also heard helps hair become stronger or something but I have never tried (it kind of scares me to put something so sticky into my hair)for lips if they are really really dry (dead skin) put some vaseline on your toothbrush (use a separate toothbrush for this) and just brush your lips very gently with the toothbrush and then rinse it with water and your lips will be very soft. For skin this is a good facial scrubber that will make your pores smaller and clean away those dead skin cells. half a cup of organic suger, three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, two tablespoons of organic honey and stir it all together and use it as a facial scrubber. if you go to this video she shows you how to do it: http://www.youtube0o0com/watch?v=zAF9PPhnatU (but this girl she is a guru but please if you check out more vids don't just believe EVERYTHING she says)Also another thing for the skin is egg whites (just the egg white) just put it on you face and when it feels like your face is getting tight wash your face. Your face will get smoother every time you do this. As for teeth I just heard baking soda can help whiten it. I've been trying this but I haven't seen much of a difference so you can try it but I don't know if it really works (unless I'm doing it wrong lol)As for the milk and honey in the bathtub I'm not to sure about that one. I've just heard that people bathe in milk, which makes the skin softer (soft like baby lol) and whiter (not too sure about the whiter part) and for this the entire bathtub needs to be filled with milk (at least enough that will cover the majority of your body) thats why most people do this at a spa because who knows how many milk cartons you'll have to go through just to fill your bathtub. Homemade Beauty Tips:This is the secret to a great foundation – before you apply anything else – you may find you will not need artificial makeup to clear you up – [this is what gives you the glow and twinkle in the eye]Beauty Sleep – there is a reason they call it that; your cells rejuvenate as you rest – don't skimp on sleep.Drink at least 8 glasses of water each dayEat a healthy diet – lots of leafy green vegetables – makes your skin glow. Carrots make your eyes healthy;Exercise – exercise tones your body, and makes it perform at its best; it gets oxygenextras: gelatin – strong nails and aids w/dieting – makes you feel full.Milk – if you are not allergic – is a must – it is essential for a healthy young woman prior to child bearing years – this is where it all begins; milk has medicinal properties that helps aid in skin, bone and overall health.Grapefruits/lemons- if you wash your hair w/these, they will take out the oils and give you a shineBeer- I washed my hair w/beer beforeSteam: once a week, boil some water, take it off the stove, put a towel over your head and steam for 5 – 10 min; great for skin and clears and heals air passages as well as pores.Olive Oil – makes a great body lotion; after you shower, coat yourself w/olive oil and relax on towels in your room; it takes a while for the oils to sink in – but in just a few hours, your skin will be supple. Source(s): ps one word of caution; you don't want to coat – the whole body – with so much oil from head to toe that you have no skin that breathes; rub it in, and leave your back free – and it is for dry skin, so don't apply it to your face if you have a problem w/oily skin – this is a dry skin treatment – like you would use a lotion; it will make your skin look great!
