High standards or Rising Arrogance?
I find that in today's society, the views of women are changing and for what i think, in a negative way. Women are pressed to look like barbie dolls. Tall, Thin, Big Boobs, Small Feet, Long Hair and Perfect Skin. Realistically, women cannot compete with such standards. I for one am tired of feeling like my size is too big and i am not pretty. I believe that i can be pretty and i can be sexy, but the buzz is obliterated when i see adds in magazines with "anorexic beauty's" . How do you feel? I feel pushed on, to become barbie.

theres a phrase thats something like "advertising isn't successful if it makes you feel good about yourself". the whole point of using these "perfect" women in ads is so that people are pushed to buy the product so that they think they will look like that "perfect" women… you just gotta ignore it, its all a marketing scheme
