like it is this red thing on my nose that is like a scab that wont cum off. it is huge and makes me really ugly and ruins my confidence. i need tips or advice to make it go away really fast without ruining my skin. Just a simple way

Toothpaste! Just put a little dab right on the problem spot. I also find that Triple Antibiotic (Neosporin) works well. Hope this helps!
