   Since you have darker features such as your chocolate brown hair (although I must take the blonde highlights into consideration), dark eyes as well as a tanned look you'll want something that definitely is bright to enhance your features. I think that you want something that you can move easily in so try some comfy jeans (any color) that you already own and grab a new top from a Thrift store. You want the top to be a light pinkish color like the one in my source is sooo cute! I know it's a long address but it's beautiful and unique. That's what you want. But don't go looking for this exact one. Choose one that's also unique. Also, usually after school dances it's always freezing outside so bring a sweater cardigan like the one in my second source. As for asking a guy to dance just be brave he'll say yes if he's a decent guy which you sound beautiful so he should say yes.
