Help with my Skin care routine?

I don't have the best skin. My face is oily and on my nose I have black heads, and on my cheeks my pores are larger than I would like. On my face, I have very few pimples. I want to get into a skin care routine. Like face masks, exfoliates, oviously something to shrink my pores and to make my black heads and pimples to go away. Anything else would be great. Thanks(:
