Undecided Question

he has been waking every single night @ around 2am complaining of severe stomach pain, he has had bloody stools recently and yesterday we discovered a very big and very noticable "spot" on his lower stomach that LOOKS like a bruise, but really it looks as if something "exploded" inside [skin is blood-red and some blue, with splatters] I am very worried about him and can't figure out what it may be – trying to push him to go to the urgent care!
