HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT AND INCHES, I am struggling now.?

I have been static at 124 now, and I am 5'4''-5'5'' loved how I was when i was 110-115 area…I don't care to be that weight again but I do care to be around that size once more. Anyways, I have been on this mission since June 2009, my cousins wedding is in May 2010 and her bachelorette party is in March…a lot of people will not have seen me in years so I know the first thing they are gonna say is that I have gotten "healthy" aka fat… so I am desperate now. Ive been on this Journey since JUNE and let me tell you I have lost plenty inches on my butt and thighs, my legs are so much thinner but guess what I was 123 at that time, I look smaller and i KNOW its cuz I have gained muscle and lost inches thats why my weight is pretty much the same but now I feel I need to step my game up. I want thinner arms and a smaller lower tummy ( I have wide hips but by no means pear shaped and I hate how right passed my bellybutton I start to widen out to my hips ugh it makes me feel like a wide load truck at times). I am always going to be wide there but I would love to take that extra fat out, I still need to lose more inches at my hips area I went from 40 inches to a 36 and a half but my mom still calls me a fatass TOOK FOREVER to do changed diet and everything. I run 3-5 miles on elliptical with a low crossramp and high resistance, I do 120 lunges, I quit squats(used to do 60) cuz I dont want a bigger butt, I am doing pilates legs work out but I feel like pilates is a joke and pilates core workout I used to do a lot of crunches but I can see a 4 pack under my flaccid skin and I am like ok how the hell do I make them look harder on the outside. HELP ME SOMEBODY! my boyfriends advice is a joke, my personal trainer taught me what I am doing now and I swear I am not seeing anything anymore….I need nutrition advice, ways I can lose a few pounds or inches by March and reach my ultimate goal in May. help me!!!!! please!!!!!! I want thinner arms, I used to lift 5 pounds but noticed them getting bigger so I quit that, a thinner lower tummy, and hips, OVERALL just want to look thinner since I KNOW spot reducing is a myth.
