HELP!! Makeup artists, beauty experts, what is my skin undertone?

I was wondering to find out what cosmetic shades are best suited to me. I have dark brown hair, light skin with some freckles, I burn then tan and my veins on the inside of my wrist are blue/green (no colour stands out more) and I wear neutral coloured clothes (i.e. black, white, cream, not brights) . Please do not refer me to any sites for a quiz on skin undertone as I have tried many and they do not seem to help. Feel free to ask any extra questions.
