I will let you know what I do that I find really works! Every morning and night I do this procedure:-I start off by using a healthy cleanser (Murad Clarifying Cleanser – it helps strengthen and protect your skin while also helping to prevent breakouts) – Its really important to use a cleanser because it gets rid of all the dirt you accumulate on your skin throughout the day-After cleansing, I use a toner (Murad Essential-C Toner) – However any toner is usually good… It is important to use a toner because it helps restore and balance your skin while also fighting off free radicals from pollution in the air.-Lastly I use a good multiprotection lotion (I use Chanel Precision multi – protection energizing fluid) but If your Nevia lotion is working for you then so be it. It super important to always use a moisturizer so that you dont dry your skin out!Hope this helps and remember to do your routine atleast once or twice a day. Also a really good on the spot treatment to get rid of pimples fast overnight is proactiv's refining mask. Source(s): proactiv0o0commurad0o0comchanel0o0com
I had horrible acne a few years ago and spent alot of money on items trying to get rid of it. NONE of them worked and it was depressing. UNTIL I used home remedies and products as natural as can be.This is what I did:If you wear makeup, of any kind, take a breather from it. CLEANSINGGet some hot water runninglightly wash your face with a very mild liquid soap. I use philosophy purity.(If you have oily skin)This is going to sound weird, but it works! (look it up online, the oil control method)Take olive or sun flower seed oilPut a small amount in your palm and massage onto facewipe cleanOil cleanses oil! And olive oil is super healthy for you. After words you need to use a toner. Any left over olive oil will be absorbed into the skin for moisture. If your skin is very oily, its probably because you wash it too often and strip the natural oils from it so they need to be replaced. EXFOLIATETake some salt or sugar and mix with water or baby oil to make a scrub then exfoliate your skin. Afterwards re-wash face with mild soap.TONEA good home made toner is apple cider vinagar or whitch hazel. They smell funny at first, but the smell dissapates within a few seconds on the skin and they are AMAZING for your acne. Then you moisturize. If you have an essential oils around, you can mix a bit into your moisturizer. If it is your beauty, I would also focus on being very healthy. Drink way more water than your comfortable doing. Go for a job, makeupless! Eat a salad with very little dressing. When you clean your body inside, your skin clears up a ton and fast too. This won't work overnight. But for acne: After the meal of the day containing the most fats or oils, take beta carotene, vitamin C, and natural vitamin E. The best vitamin E is d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. The label should say natural; dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate is synthetic. Mixed tocopheryls aren't as good.
a easy way is to have a face steam. boiling water in a bowl wif some tea-tree-oil, put ur head in the bowl not touching the water, and a towel over ur head. the steam will bring out the impurities in your skin and the tea-tree-oil will cleanse your skin (so will the steam)
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. This is something we tend to forget or pass up. It really rejuvenates the skin and brings out new beautiful skin. There are many good ones that are over the counter, but numerous exfoliates that you can buy online that are fantastic. Source(s): http://www.skincrazed0o0com
