Does it burn your eyelids?

It burns mine when I apply it but the pain goes away.

If it burns my skin, does it mean that I'm allergic to something in the glitter liner?

I've used it before, it doesnt really burn my eyelids. Your eyelids could be very sensitive to the stuff in the liner so it could be possible that you may be allergic to it.
