Undecided Question

I had dirty blonde hair, then i dyed it midnight black about a year ago. I've been re-dying the roots black since then. About two months ago I tried dyeing it permanent red but it only dyed my roots (they were blonde). I really don't want black hair anymore so I'm going to use "Color Oops" tonight.
