   if he really liked you he wouldnt care.like its not about the past,its about the present.like i used to be fat now im buff.i tell the girls that and they dont care so i dont think that they would care.

   why would you tell him?its the past.but if you feel that you need to tell him, make him tell you something equivalently personal about him, it'll make it easier on you.

   If he cared that you were 'chubby' from 4th-11th grade then forget him. If he truly likes you your past especially from high school and before then should not matter at all.
