   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Not at all and you shouldn't be worrying about a silly thing like acne. The thing that really seems unattractive is when a woman smokes, it's a bad habit.

   I know when you have a pimple it feels like the whole world is looking at it, but really nobody gives a crap.If your whole face was blistery and then that would be different, but almost everybody gets a few pimples now and then. Do you look at your friends and think "eww, they have a pimple?" If you do, you might want to rethink your life.
