Your parents will likely have an increase in their rates. Your insurer has a right to deny any claim including collision and liability claims(some states require the insurer to pay the compulsory limits). You should read the contract.    Cars are insured, not drivers. If you have permission to drive an insured car, you and the car are covered. If you live with your Dad You should be listed on his policy but even if you are not listed and drive the car and are in an accident, his insurance MUST, by law, pay but they will then cancel him. (Oklahoma tom is wrong when he says they won't pay if a household member is not listed) The reason the insurance company insists that all household members be listed is because they must pay if anyone in that household drives that car… It's the law !

   Yes. The insurance covers the car no matter who is driving it. If you live in the same house as your parents, or normally borrow their car, they are "supposed" to report you as an additional driver so the insurance company can suck money out of your pockets.So yes you are covered, but be careful anyway.

   Yes, assuming they have added you to the policy as they are supposed to do when you get your license. Most policies will cover occasional drivers, but not minors living in the same household unless added.
