   Hi,I worked in the body shop as a christmas casual 2 years ago. The group interview was kind of fun. Make sure your makeup is applied well, as when you work there you need to wear 5 colors ie. 3 colors on your eyes, color on your cheeks and color on your lips.Wear something that is smart to the interview, there were people that did not even dress up they looked terrible.I remember they asked us to pick a product and try say what is great about it, like we were trying to sell it.We also got into groups and made a poster about what qualities are essential for working in the body shop.We went around the circle and had to answer why we wanted to work for the body shop.We also had to introduce ourselves to everyone else.It was not scary at all.They do not quiz you on beauty and cosmetics. They do not expect their christmas staff to be experts. Source(s): I worked there

   Honestly, it's a seasonal position, all they really care about is whether you'll steal and if you'll show up when you're supposed to, beyond that they don't really expect you to do much at first besides the boring grunt work, i.e. cleaning, stocking shelves. Look at it their way, you're only going to be there a couple of months, why should they waste the extra time and effort to train you in all their products if you're not going to be there very long.

   There not gonna quiz you. There gonna ask what your experiences are, how would you handle a bad situation etc…
