The first part is from an old saying, or idiom, or idiomatic expression. It goes along with, "You can't judge a book by it's cover". This idiom means that a person's character is more important than how they look. –In this instance I agree. The only people that would argue with this of course would be "pretty" people or those that think they are. Just because people are fair to look upon does not mean they are beautiful past the top skin. Also; How pretty the cake looks does not always tell you how it will taste. –I am not familiar with the second part. This idiom would probably go along with, "Rotten to the core". It could be an extension of the first part further explaining that beauty can be superficial but someone ugly is ugly through out. In this last context I will also agree. No, I don't agree. To misquote Forest Gump "ugly is what ugly does".Physical Beauty doesn't make an adequate cover for spiritual/social ugliness – a mean spirit in a nice looking body.I have seen people who the media would class as "ugly" shine with an inner beauty that transcends mere physical beauty. Their joy and love radiates from them, and their gentleness glows. People love them, not because of how they look, but because of the person they are within.Beauty fades, but a life of grace continues in beauty far beyond looks.
In my experience, for the most part, outwardly un-attractive people tend to be more kind, considerate and compassionate. Attractive people tend to be arrogant, selfish, self centered, obnoxious and mean. But that is not a rule. I have met some attractive nice people, and seriously ugly people through and through. Environment has a lot to do with it. Attractive people are usually treated well and tend to expect it from others. Un-attractive people have to work for attention and are more forgiving of rudeness.
Some of the best looking women i have known have been the biggest bytches i have ever known… Usually a typical normal looking woman is a good woman .. You may call her ugly or you may call her several things but you can bet she is secure enough in herself not to give a damn what anybody says ..
No, because some very beautiful people are ugly all the way to the bone. And some ugly people are heart-breakingly beautiful souls. The only cliche to follow? "Don't judge a book by its cover".
NOT I do not, because all beauty's are not an easy person and the ugly people deserve respect too, so beauty and ugly people deserve the same respect just for be a person
