Do i have oily skin if i get breakouts?

im actualy a dry skin for my skin care routine i use the ponds refreshing cold cream for a makeup remover and then follow up with the olay foaming cleanser… but i was thinking of getting the neutrogena acne wash maybe when the olay one runs out…? Then i use this prescription clindamycin. But im still getting breakouts
