I have a lot of freckles on my skin that look like moles but they are completely flat. Some people call them beauty marks. Yes well I noticed one on my arm which looks completely normal like a freckle except its SLIGHTLY elevated. I don't check my self for moles so I'm not sure if I've had it for a long time. I'm not sure if it's symmetrical or not, its just a circle with 2 black dots on either side.

I'm 14 and I don't like doctors so I'm too scared to see a doctor to know if its cancerous. This doesn't mean by any means I rely on yahoo answers for my well being.

It is highly unlikely it is anything to worry about, but a doctor is the only one who can tell you for sure.

I too have a lot of freckles and moles. Some moles i've had removed. Symmetrical just means is the mole the same on both sides. Darker uneven colors, scales, bleeding are signs that mean get to the Dr ASAP. Sounds like you can wait until your next physical and have the doc peek at it to put your mind at ease. Good luck!
