Do Black people really get treated poorly by whites?
My mom and I always drool over the "hot bald black guy" in movies and on television. I love the fact that the deepest voices I have ever heard belong to black men (deep voices are the sexiest voices on the planet). When I was in high school I used to tell people that the black girls in the school "Had the nicest bodies I have ever seen". I LOVE the really really dark skin of some people. When my little sister was younger she was obsessed with black people and ONLY wanted black dolls.
If I ever have anything particular to say about a certain race, it is never a stereotype which I apply to the entire race, and it is always based on positive personal observations. I like certain traits which happen to belong to a small number of people belonging to a certain race.
I don't really care about race, and don't judge people on their race. Nor do I treat people of different races differently. But judging by the questions posed here, I have to wonder if there are blacks who are treated poorly by whites? The sentiment around here is somewhat anti-white.
At first I thought "These people are nuts, whites don't care about all this stupid stuff they do." This was because I was assuming that people basically thought the same way I do… (because as far as I can observe, where I live, they do). But now I wonder if there is a REASON why there seems to be so much animosity. Are blacks really treated badly by whites, do they show that they do care about racial issues that are brought up here as questions?
(Hmm I actually hadn't noticed this… but because I wrote this it was brought to my attention that I ONLY ever like the "black guy" in movies and if there isn't one, I don't like any of them… unless they are Johnny Depp. =P)

Yes they do. I know for a fact. My science teacher is a red neck from South Carolina. I hate him. He tries to call me out in front of all my friends like the @$$hole he is. Now I'm guessing your Canadian and that's cool cause Canadians are different from Americans. My mom dated a Canadian and he was like a father to me. It's just the White people in America that are racist. That's why I hate White people (Americans), but not Canadians.
they dont get treated poorly by whites. Do you honestly know anyone in this century that would actually treat a black person poorly? White employers have a hard time fireing blacks because they are afraid of being called racist….i think times have turned…whites are treated poorly nowadays
White people can kiss my shoe, if I give a rate a ss….. they can act as mean as they want
Um no…not all white people are racist.
Didn't bother reading your details. Too long. But to answer your question. No. Atleast for me, it's really rare. But the stereotypes I hear can sometimes be really offensive. Like at my school which is prodominately white, the students perception of black people are like totallly wrong!Like they really think all we drink is kool-aid and eat fried chicken on a daily base. Then the comments that they make…
it depends on the area usually and how the " black people" act. Like some are ones that act better then whites and that all white or assumed whites owe them something. Here in Houston for the most part it's not the case that they treated poorly. Source(s): personal opions
Speaking as 23 year old caramel black male with a borderline bald head just because it's the style in the black community and I'm cutie by the way and would love to see you
I love you attitude. You have a beautiful attitude and I love whites like you. Non-racist whites ALL THE WAY! We in the black community do not take you all for granted.Anyways, getting to your question, I've always lived in the suburbs but the thing is I act practically white so I haven't received much racism except for maybe back in highschool when a few immature kids use the n word and I beat their a sses. I am in college now. But yea, if I dare act by in African American customs though, I know I won't be as welcomed by the white community. White community has the freedom to go to school with all their little weird customs: all-black creepy goths, emos, rockers, etc. and no one will say a word about their race and it will have no effect on the white community. If I dare go into the school and speak with ebonics or something made up by blacks, you bet there's going to be racism. Answer is no because I act white!
