Dark circles/ Under eye wrinkles / Tired skin (pics)?

Can any kind soul help me?
I really am horrible with makeup.
I can never get a concealer that will cover my dark circles..All that happens is it ends up looking cakey, and in my wrinkles/creases

Let me tell you that my dark circles / wrinkles are not due to lack of sleep/diet/exercise.
I have had a really hard life and I take care of 2 mentally ill parents.
My skin just looks very tired from a culmination of things.

Here's the thing. I can't afford to try a lot of concealers, and I can't buy (what I consider expensive) concealers either. Only drug store stuff.
I really need something that wont cake up.

If anyone has anything bad to say, it doesn't bother me, I can take anything. I understand why people make negative comments.

Also, my circles look darker in natural light, due to camera and lighting they don't look as bad as they actually are.

I really really really appreciate it.
