   It is time to see a doctor about it, you might need a course of antibiotics to get rid off the pimple as it has gone deep, please do not pop it with a pin or anything else it will definitely leave you scarred and the nose area is a very sensitive and dangerous area to muck around with. If you don't want to see a Doctor you might want to try hydrogen peroxide on a cotton wool and hold it on the pimple for about 10 minutes, this might open the pimple and let the stuff inside ooze out this will help in the healing of this pimple, also to help it dry quickly after is has opened apply some salt with water many times per day. I am a former cystic acne sufferer and know all the tricks of the tradebest of luck

   okkaay this is really long!i have an under the skin pimple too! so today i looked up a lot of at home remedies & combined them. first i boiled water in an electric kettle thing, took a small bowl and filled it with salt and water so it would make a pasty scrub (add more salt than water). but of course i waited a little so the water isnt boiling, just so its hot. then i rubbed it on the area where my zit was for 2 minutes and then i left it on for 2 minutes. the only thing is that it made where i rubbed it red and the redness wouldnt calm down for 20 minutes so dont do it before you go somewhere like i did! then i made some tea, and used the tea bag and drained it then put it on my pimple for 3 minutes, it stung just a little bit because of the salt. after that i put ice on it for 3 minutes to calm the swelling down. sorry that was really long! but it didnt make the pimple go away, but it is noticeably smaller which made me really happy. hope it helps you! dont scrub too hard w/ the salt btw.
