Concealer turning orange?

Ok so I just bought Amercian Beauty foundation and concealer from Kohl's. The lady did my make – up for me and put the foundation and concealer on my skin. She gave me the right colors that fit my skin and the foundation and concealer are the same brand and the same shade for my skin. I do have acne and a lot of acne scaring on my cheeks so I use a lot of concealer and than i apply a little foundation with a wet wedge and blend the foundation and concealer in til its not visable, after about an hour or two the places where I put the concealer turned orange. The foundation does not turn orange only the concealer. Am I doing something wrong, why is only the concealer turning orange??
