   since you already have a whole bunch of tees I would suggest getting something like a cardigan are a vest that you could just pull over top and change the entire look. You could also buy some tank tops to wear under cardigans too or even some plain v-neck sweaters. instead of jeans you could get some skirts or if you wanted to stick with the jeans you could switch it up with some skinnys with flats and flip flops.for make up, I would say mascara for sure because it is very simple but does a lot and maybe some mineral powder that matches your skin tone, it will helps to even up skin tones and meanwhile it gives a little glow.

   i wear a lot of tees and jeans too. u could probably get some other pieces like cardigans and get a variety of jeans…sorry im not real good at fashion advicehmm you could get eyeliner (silver/gray would be good on you) and mascara doesnt hurt.

   i love the store forever 21- it has cute clothes and is cheap. i like to wear cardigans, jeans, nice tees, ballet flats, converse, uggs, flip flops, etc. i only wear mascara and some foundation, and lip gloss. hope this helps!
