Characters in story!!!?
hi!:)
im writing a book about Ali (Alicia) Paquin, a teenage girl who finds herself cheating on her boyfriend with an old childhood friend when he visits for the summer.
I was just wondering is u thought that the character names and personalities fit together?
Ali (Alicia) Paquin – she is sort of a tomboy, likes to play around. she's outgoing and irresistable and hard not to like. she has green eyes and dirty blonde hair that is very flirty and cute, just like herself.

Benny Reyes: kid that Ali was friends with as a kid. has light brown hair and brown eyes and tan skin. is athletic, flirty and very cute.

Four is a good number to build a good story around. The names are fine, the characters are a bit stock….so, try to deliver some twists in their personalities that stand-out from what readers would consider "typical" actions.
i like the names! i really like the nickname ali for alica
Ali Paquin works, Benny, eh, Maybe try Chase. I like Zane, and Ollie.
I think they work well. Generally I tell people that the character names should not reflect the personality because it forces you to use better characterization. I'll make an exception here, because you use feasible nicknames rather than descriptive real names. They work well with the characters because it's the kind of nickname each personality would probably choose to go by. So yes, I like them, and good job.I have a similar question posted; maybe you could answer?
I love the idea and the character just keep in mind that you never want the characters or the plot to cliche or it will get predictable and boring, but that's for a plot. You dont want your characters to be a mary sue. If you dont know what that is go here – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_SueThere is also a mary sue test at this website – http://www.springhole0o0net/quizzes/marysu…Go through your characters and make sure they have some sort of flaw that makes them unique from other characters like them. If the character has no flaw or something that doesn't make them perfect, or stand out again, the character will seem cliche.Hope this help and I would love to read your story sound very interesting!
