   Best Answer – Chosen by Voters If there is no disease such as eczema of psoriasis then care of all skin is similar. Gentle cleansing, most do not need exfoliation. Mild cleanser to armpits, groin and feet. Warm water to all areas. If the skin is dry a moisturizing cream to all areas especially after the bath when the skin is damp. Especially helpful in the dry winter months.Those in diapers need a barrier cream or ointment at diaper changes. Those with acne may need additional treatment.
