Car Insurance and Plate under different names?

I want to put my car's insurance under a relative's name and the Plate tags under my name?

Is that possible????

I want it under a different name because I am young and Insurance costs a lot when you are young.

It may be possible but if anything happens, you wouldn't be covered and could be arrested and thrown in jail for insurance fraud. Don't be foolish
