Can you help me with a skin care problem?
I have real fair skin and get a lot of redness on my forehead and nose, what can I do?
I have dark circles under my eyes, I have for years, what can I do that doesn't require make up everyday?

The facial cleanser/or soap you are using on you face is probably too harsh for you skin type. What you need to do is find a facial cleanser that is gentle and moisterizing. Some cleansers have a grainy feel to them and your face feels refreshed afterwords. I used something like that on my face, until later i realized that you were only supposed to use it once a week. So find something that does not irritate your face, and make sure is says "foam" on it, so that it will be gentle and soft on your face. And as for the dark circles, they are caused eaither by dehydration or not enough sleep. First you need to be drinking enough water. Scientists say that the average human should drink 8 glasses of water/ day. Personally, six or seven glasses is fine since you retain water from food also. And you should also be getting 8 hours of sleep a night. Try placing cucumbers or damp teabags on your eyes (when no ones around) this may also help.

OK Did you stick a cup to your head in the last 14 hours?Um, I would say make up is the best route, but if you can't bother with it, then they sell rollers for under your eyes. Also, sleep. Yeah.
I wouldn't waste money on things like ProActiv and AcneFree. The problem with both of those is that they contain heavy chemicals that your skin get immune to, and overtime they stop working because your skin is so used to absorbing the chemicals in them. Those products also dry out your skin which causes flaking and making your skin feel unhealthy. They both offer products that say they can reduce redness in the skin, but it's not what you expect that it is.I used to have terrible acne growing up(I'm now 18) and after I got rid of my acne I had horrible redness on my nose, I've tried ProActiv, AcneFree, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, all that and spent so much money just to be disappointed.I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, and St. Ives Collagen Elastin Moisturizer, and my skin cleared up within a week and a half I noticed a difference. The good thing about these products is that they are under $15 for both of them combined, and they come in big portions that can last you a long time. A tube of Apricot Scrub can last you roughly around two months, and the moisturizer can last about four months.I would take this approach first and try it out for a month to see if it improves your acne before trying something else. You can find both of these in stores like Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc.As far as the dark circles under your eyes, although this might seem silly, if you take your fingertips and massage the circles under your eyes it's circulates your blood cells, and reduces the darkness, from experience this helps. Try that. :]
